Yoga on Master ClassYoga on MASTER CLASS – every day classes will be conducted by Wilhelm Taraszkiewicz, the musician and at the same time certified Iyengar’s yoga teacher and instructor in recreational activity, specialized in fitness – psychophysical exercises based on hatha yoga system.

The practice during the course will be based on B.K.S. Iyengar’s tradition. Strengthening, stretching and relaxing exercises containing yoga positions (asanas) as wll as basic breathing techniques (pranayama). Classes facilitating quick relaxation and simply improving fitness.

Yoga, if we give it a chance, can help us understand our bodies, gives the opportunity to look at ourselves from a different perspective and I believe it can also help the majority of people to find a reserve in the way they perceive themselves. It is an excellent way to find an internal calmness, without loosing contact with the world around, that many people hide from.

People connected with culture and music all around the world have drawn extensively on yoga benefits. The authorities such as Witold Małcużyński i Yehudi Menuhin are among them. Nowadays people start practicing yoga out of curiosity, however in yoga many find help for physically and mentally healthier life.
